
Skyler Westergard
Learning Development Specialist, LandCare
Skyler Westergard has a bachelors degree in Horticulture and a Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture. Additionally he is a Certified Professional Horticulturist in the state of Washington, a National Association of Landscape Professionals Landscape Industry Certified - Technician and has a sustainable landscape certificate from the University of Washington. He is on several NALP committees including the Young Professionals Network, Accreditation Committee, and the Awards Committee. He also is involved with the Irrigation Association and the Interlocking Concrete Paver Institute even presenting at their annual meeting in Salt Lake City. Skyler started his career as a landscape supervisor and worked as a production manager, account manager, and branch manager. He spent six years as a college professor teaching landscape design, irrigation, business, maintenance, and construction before returning to LandCare's corporate team as their learning and development specialist.
