Group Discount Policy:
To qualify for the group rate three or more individuals from the same company must register. Attendees registering in a group of 3 or more will receive a 15% discount on their total purchase. To qualify for the group rate, groups must register at the same time. Discount cannot be retroactively applied.
Billing Policy:
All prices listed above are per person.
All registration charges will appear on your credit card statement as GIE Media Inc., not Lawn & Landscape Technology Conference.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing and e-mailed to conference@gie.net. Voicemails will not be accepted. A full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be issued if the cancellation is received by May 21, 2024. A 50% refund will be provided if the cancellation is received no later than June 25, 2024. No refunds will be issued after June 25, 2024, or for no-shows. If you cancel your conference registration, your hotel room will no longer qualify for the group rate and may also be cancelled if booked at the host hotel. Lawn & Landscape Technology Conference reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. Attendees can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in his or her place. Lawn & Landscape Technology Conference also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. A full refund of registration fees will be issued only if this occurs.

Substitution Policy:
Attendees can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in their place. At this time the original attendees log-in credentials will be deactivated and new credentials will be sent to the new attendee.
Confirmation Policy:
All confirmations will be sent via e-mail to the primary registrant unless otherwise arranged with conference management. An email will be sent out to you one week prior to the virtual event so you can log on and create your attendee profile.
Lawn & Landscape Technology Conference is a business-to-business event open to trade professionals only. Persons under 18 (including infants) are not allowed into the educational sessions, exhibit hall or food functions.
Show Management reserves the right to remove or to deny admission to anyone who is deemed a risk to the professional atmosphere of the event, who fails to comply with the rules & regulations of the event or hotel, or for any reason whatsoever. Show Management reserves the right to do so without liability for refund of any fees paid or due, and without liability for any other damages caused by such action.
Suitcasing Policy:
Suitcasing is the act of soliciting business in the aisles during the exhibition or in other public spaces by non-exhibiting companies, including another company's booth or a hotel lobby. It is Lawn & Landscape Technology Conference Show Management’s objective to do everything legally possible to protect our Exhibitors from suitcasing. We want our Exhibitors to know that Lawn & Landscape Technology Conference is tough on suitcasers, and that we are vigilant in our efforts to stop them in order to prevent Exhibitor unhappiness and show erosion.
Please note that while all meeting attendees are invited to the Lawn & Landscape Technology Conference, any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, in another company’s booth, or in violation of any portion of the Exhibit Policies, will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties may be applied. Please report any violations you may observe to Show Management.
