As the sponsor of the lanyards, the sponsor will have their company logo printed on the attendee lanyards that will be distributed at conference registration.

The premier level sponsorship also includes the sponsorship of the Thursday night networking reception, which includes:

• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function

As the sponsor of the conference essentials, the sponsor will receive distribution of branded pens, notepads and tote bags at the event. The sponsor also has the opportunity to provide a piece of collateral material to be included in the event tote bag.

• 10-minutes speaking time on the keynote stage before the session begins;

As the exclusive sponsor of the Coffee Bar, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility near the coffee station, including:

• Logoed coffee sleeves, table tents and napkins.

As the signage sponsor, the sponsor’s logo will appear on all session and directional signage used throughout the event.

As the exclusive sponsor of the hotel keycards, the sponsors branded keycards or keycard sleeves will be distributed to attendees staying within the official room block and provided at the hotel check-in desk.

As the exclusive sponsor of the attendee Wi-Fi provided in the event space during the event, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:

• Selection of a novelty password attendees will use to access Wi-Fi (limitations apply).
• Recognition signage throughout the event function.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Attendee Lounge, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the attendee lounge agea, including:

• Logoed signage and table tents throughout the lounge; and
• The opportunity to distribute company literature throughout the lounge.

Sponsor must supply the literature distribution in the attendee lounge.

As a sponsor of the Event App, the sponsors will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the event and within the app , including:

• Custom banner with sponsor advertising positioned at the top of the high-traffic app pages with a direct link to company’s in-app profile (schedule, speaker, and sponsor pages);
• Company logo positioned on the in-app graphics, such as the splash screen and loading banner;
• Company listed as a highlighted sponsor at the top of the home page of the event app with a direct link to company’s in-app profile;
• Signage throughout the event encouraging app download with the sponsor logo;
• Logo on session room slides encouraging app download; and
• Two app download emails prior to the event with the sponsor logo and link to sponsor URL included in the content.

As a sponsor of the pillar graphics, the sponsor will have their advertising applied to two (2) large pillars outside of the entrance of the event space.

Exclusive sponsorship of of one of the 2 education tracks on Day 2 of the event, which includes:

• 5-minutes of speaking time for opening remarks prior to one of the educational sessions
• On-site signage;
• Logo on title slides; and
• Literature handout in the session room during the sessions.

As a sponsor of the charging station, the sponsor will have their branding showcased on a device charging station placed in a high-traffic area of the event.

As the sponsor of the window graphics, the sponsor will have their advertising applied to the windows of the entrance doors to the event space.

As the sponsor of the registration kiosks, the sponsor will have their o logo displayed on the registration kiosk welcome screen and on a custom screen wrap around registration monitors.

As the exclusive sponsor of one of the Networking Breakfasts, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:

• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function.

As a sponsor of the afternoon ice cream, the sponsor will receive table tents and signage in the ice cream station area during the break in which they are featured.

As a sponsor of the floor graphics, the sponsor will receive three custom floor graphics with sponsor advertising message or logo placed in high-traffic areas throughout the event.

As the water station sponsor, the company’s logo will appear on the water cups and on recognition easel signs placed at each station throughout the event space.

Each Technology and Solutions Session sponsor will own the room for a 45-minute block of time to promote their products and educate attendees. These six sessions are set aside to allow for a deeper look into their company and the solutions each sponsor company provides to the marketplace. Each Technology and Solutions session will be listed in our conference schedule and promoted to our attendees.

As a literature handout sponsor, the company may include one piece of literature or collateral item in the conference tote bags distributed at registration.

Meeting Room sponsors will receive Access to a dedicated, private meeting room in the host hotel.

As a hotel suite sponsor, sponsors will receive discounted access to a suite in the host hotel for hospitality and meeting purposes.

The sponsor will receive distribution of a branded item chosen at the sponsor's discretion. The item must be unique and not duplicate other options listed in the prospectus.

Sponsor must supply the branded item for distribution at the event.

As a bar sponsor, the company’s logo will appear on professional signage recognizing the sponsor companies near event bars.
