A block of discounted rooms is available at Caesars Palace to event attendees at a special group rate of $121.00 per night plus tax for single/double occupancy. The discounted rate is available until July 7, 2025 or until the room block is full, whichever occurs sooner. Resort Fee: There is an additional $30 per day plus tax resort fee. This fee provides guests with several commonly used services. These services are wireless internet access for up to 2 devices, fitness center access for up to 2 adults, and local and toll-free domestic (800) calls.

Check-in at the Caesars Palace begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 866-227-5944 and request to cancel your hotel reservation. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be penalized. If the cancellation is made within the 72-hour window, attendees will be charged a fee of one nights room and tax.

The Lawn & Landscape Technology Conference will be taking place in the Caesars Palace. The event facilities are located on the on the first floor of the Caesars Palace. Registration will be stationed in the Julius Ballroom Foyer on the Pool Level of the hotel.
