A block of discounted rooms is available at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess to event attendees at a special group rate of $199.00 per night plus tax for single/double occupancy. The discounted rate is available until June 29, 2026 or until the room block is full, whichever occurs sooner. Resort Fee: There is an additional $26 per person, per day plus tax resort fee. This fee provides guests with several commonly used services. These services are wireless internet access in guest rooms and public areas, roundtrip bellmen porterage, a daily spa credit per paid night (not accumulative, valid once per day), and more. Check-in at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 1-800-344-4758 and request to cancel your hotel reservation. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be penalized. If the cancellation is made within the 7 days, attendees will be charged a fee of one nights room and tax.

The Lawn & Landscape Technology Conference will be taking place in the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. The event facilities are located on the on the first floor of the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Registration will be stationed in the Princess Ballroom Foyer on the Main Level of the hotel.
