The Exhibitor Resource Center is designed to help current exhibitors and sponsors find the resources they need to manage the exhibiting/sponsoring process and help you maximize your return on investment.

Exhibitor Portal
An access link for the Exhibitor Portal will be sent to you from our registration system with your login credentials. If you have not received your login credentials, email Kim Tabor at ktabor@gie.net.
The exhibitor portal is where you will be able to customize your profile, complete event tasks, and upload your company materials for LLTC.
Information on your booth assignment, number of complimentary registrations, and assigned tasks for your exhibit space can be found here.
When you log into your account you’ll be able to:
- Register and manage members of your onsite team
- Upload various materials needed for the event (logo, description, certificate of insurance)
- Manage planner-assigned tasks prior to the event
- Assign and purchase additional your LeadCapture licenses
- Customize Lead Qualification Questions
- Export lead information from your event
If another person should be managing your account, you can add that person as a new user after you log in. This invitation is unique to your email address and won’t work for anyone else.

Exhibitor Registration
Each exhibitor receives an allotted number of complimentary registrations with their exhibit space booking. Please see your confirmation email to see how many are included with your booth space. To register your staff for the event, log into the exhibitor portal and click “Register On-Site Staff”.
Exhibitor Listing
As an exhibitor you are entitled to provide us with a high-resolution logo (jpeg, png, tif or eps file at least 300 dpi is preferred) along with a company description to be included on the event website and for show promotion. If you have not already done so, please upload it to your exhibitor portal.
Update Your Event App Company Profile
As an exhibitor at LLTC, completing your company profile in the exhibitor portal is a great way to boost your visibility and attract more attendees to your booth. Your profile will be featured in the official event app, where attendees will browse and plan their visit, making it an important tool for engaging with potential customers.
Exhibitor Services Manual/Show Decorator
The official show decorator for LLTC is SourceOne Events. SOE will email you access to the Online Exhibitor Services Manual. Through this manual, you can order materials, electricity, rigging, and more from our Exhibitor Services Management company.
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
All exhibitors are required to procure and maintain insurance against liability for injuries to persons or damage to property which may arise from Exhibitor’s operations relating to the event.
Hotel Accomodations
Exhibitor staff can book discounted rooms at the host hotel. The discounted rate is available until June 29, 2026 or until the room block is full, whichever occurs sooner. Availability is not guaranteed after the cut-off date.
Lead Capture
Lead Retrieval for LLTC is available through Cvent's LeadCapture, allowing exhibitors to scan event name badges, qualify leads, and take notes for follow-up. Each exhibitor is provided one (1) complimentary LeadCapture license for the event.

Promotional Toolkit
The promotional toolkit below includes everything you need to showcase your presence at the event, such as copy, logos, banner ads, hashtags, and more. Start using the LLTC logo on your website, print materials, email signatures, newsletters, and more to spread the word!
Official Show Vendors/Exhibitor Warning
We have received reports of unofficial third-party vendors reaching out to exhibitors. We urge all exhibitors to be especially diligent when engaging with any vendor who is not an official contractor of Lawn & Landscape Technology Conference.
